Festival of Russian Language and Culture in Rwanda
Three days of language, culture, and exchange, held under the auspices of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Rwanda and organized by the Center for Open Education at the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

For three days this September, Kigali becomes a meeting point for Russian language and culture. The festival features three clusters of programming — cultural events, language lessons, workshops, and exhibitions — open to anyone curious about Russia, whether or not they have studied the language before.
Global Talent is proud to host Days Two and Three at our home in Soma Foundation Rwanda's office, alongside Day One at the Kigali Public Library.
